    Hi all

Is there any butchers around the Dublin City Centre area that supply Rabbit or any kind of shops that do this type of meat?

The Catalans eat alot of rabbit, in Barcelona they serve it marinated and grilled like chicken wings.

Beware of rabit starvation! A mate who was in the army rangers advised me that eating rabbit consumes more calories than you gain from the meat. So you can't survive on Rabbit meat, just in case you really like it:D

you'ld only use up more calories if you chased the rabbit....!

Would a pet store sell you a rabbit, if they knew you were gonna eat it?

Rabbit stewed in beer and mustard is really good.

    Nice grilled crispy too.

FX Buckleys in the Nutgrove Shopping Centre (Dublin 14) are currently selling them for €6.99 each. I've never cooked rabbit before but am planning to take the plunge shortly and try out a recipe.

I know its an old post, but either your friend was lying to you, or he is a moron.
There is no way eating rabbit comsumes more cals than you take in.
    (celery prehaps, meat never)
