Can't say no to women and dont think ill ever be happy

    hi,

    I seem to get myself into situations. currently im seeing a lovely girl (girl A), she was a friend for years which kind of developed into something over the past few months. I recently while away for the weekend met a lovely girl (girl B) in a bar. we go on well, kissed, nothing else. anyway she asked if i had a girlfriend, to which i say no. we met up the second night, again had great night and swapped numbers. she was smitten, as was I.

    anway im still seeing girl A but I also have girl B texting me pretty much waiting to be asked out on a date. I'm confused. why couldnt i have said i had a girlfriend.

    also i broke up with a girl of 5 years who absolutley adored me. she was so lovely, stunning looking and such a nice person yet i didnt want her, im starting to think ill never ever be happy... do you think its possible that some men/women will just never be happy with one person and will have to take it as a fact of life?

    you will never be so smitten with one girl every minute of every day of your life so much that you are never attracted to other girls ever again. This is why you make a conscious decision to commit to one, you are trading off the right to act on every urge you have so that you can share your life & your memories, trials & tribulations with one girl.

    Unless you are in a polygamous relationship you will most likely have to commit to one & one only. If you are not ready for that i suggest you stay single, enjoy yourself & stop running over girl A's heart.

    Sounds like you are not over your last longish term relationship and are using both girl A and girl B as distractions.

    Maybe you use the attention of another girl as a boost for your self esteem? either way, it's not being fair on Girl A- how would you like if she was off cheating behind your back? You need to make a decision which one you want to be with...maybe it's the grass is always greener syndrome

    I think it is a self esteem issue if im honest...but its not just my love life... im never happy full stop. I have a good job and good money. im 27 and for my age i have done quite well career wise yet im not happy, i always feel like i should be making more money or promoted or doing something else! what the f**k is wrong with me. I'm never happy with what i have. :(

    Mate WTF... you sound quite like me. I have a real decent job, do well with women. Have had girls very into me and i have legged it. Had a gf for about 3 and half years - fit - sound etc. Loved her to pieces but then decided to start doing the dirt on her? Then broke up with her from guilt and ever since havent found someone i liked as much. In the end she had the last laugh i suppose. I often feel like ill find a flaw in every girl i meet these days - just before it turns into something serious. I would deffo have gotten myself into a situation like you have trust me.

    Very few people are ever happy. They always want more. You're just like everyone else. Its why millionaires still want more money. I think it might actually be called greed but its still normal.

    you might try to read those 2 books from a Zen Buddhist master Thich Nhât Hanh : Anger and Going Home...they are quiet good and might give you an insight of why you are never happy-
