It gets sent to a sorting office in N.I and then down here. I works.

P.S can we please get a sticky or something for BT1 1AA. It's been asked way too many times now

Thanks for ur answer. And i think a sticky will do magic for people like myself.:)

I am not too sure a sticky would work in the thread but maybe it could be added as a Tag?

I think a better solution would be to put it in the thread title...

"freebie list!! (use BT1 1AA for UK freebies)"

Its Belfast City Hall. The post gets redirected from there to An Post (though I bet the postman wants to kneecap most of us.......)

So next time i go shopping in belfast if I call in will they give me all the things i never received using BT1 1AA. Honestly they say it works but I have applied for tons of stuff and only got the Luas (dublin) vest and an angle of hope (Galway) (felt bad about that one and sent a donation). Oh yeah I got a poster from BBC. Oops and a coffee Bag.. Sound like lots but I sent off for lots more using that post code and got zippo.. Maybe I will call into the city hall and ask is there any post for me..

ok, can anybody please tell me what's the story with this BT1 1AA thing?
    Any help would be appreciated.:)

I have asked this question here before and got the BT1 1AA reply, which does work sometimes.
Another bit of good advice I got was to send your email address as another@mailaator.com instead of your actual another@eircom.net address.

I applied for a sample of something from them a year ago or so and never received anything, FYI.
    Freebies are always a bit hit&miss I suppose :p

    I always type in Ireland
    as in
    County: Kerry - Ireland
Has not worked for me yet :o --- but I am an eternal optimist ;)

    Don't mind that prat Richard
Pretty ambiguous sentence, do you mean "don't mind that prat, Richard" or "don't mind Richard, that prat"?

    :pac:

Wasn't really a need for Richard to come on posting about how he's never applied for a freebie in his life

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,340 CMod ✭✭✭✭Davy
