Proper ice cream cones in Dublin.

    Does anyone know where to get decent ice cream cones in Dublin.

    Theres a certain type available and it's a gritty ,thick ice cream ,absolutely gorgeous.

    Anyone know the type ?

    there's a place in Donabate that does the ones you're talking about. Massive as well, the size you normally only get if you're down the country :)

    The best Ice cream in Ireland is in a little shop beside the Carnegie Court Hotel in Swords.
    I think the shop is called Angelas.
    The Ice creams are huge and delicious .....

    They do a nice big thick cream cone in Selections on Berklerly road, just across from The Mater

    Passed that shop this evening . Its called Audrey's. Its beside the hotel and its a newsagents painted red. Can't miss it , has a 4 foot ice cream cone outside. Tellin ya...the best cornett in the country..
