    Hey guys,

Dont really know if this is a PI but i suppose it is to me....

I have 2 best friends, then I have some friends that I wouldnt meet up with very often.

My problem is that I seem to make all the effort to contact them. Whether is be on bebo/facebook or my text. They never seem to contact me first. Then when they do I get really excited! (how sad is that??)

I suppose what Im asking for is advice on how to combat it. Sometimes I get so lonely.....

It's a tough one, because the group has fallen into the pattern of one person doing all the work. I'd resist the temptation to force yourself not to contact them for a while, because you doing the work is the normal way of it working. You could however cut down a bit.

When I don't ring my Mum for a long period, she worries, but does she ring ME? No! It's how she is, I think.

Are either of your friends the sort of person whom you can discuss this issue with? That might get you somewhere.

Also, how about you make yourself some new friends? Do an evening class, look up some people who you've not seen for ages, get involved in the running of a club, charity work, or something - it'll keep you from missing your BFs, and it'll make you more interesting to them when you meet them. Maybe you could tease them with little details of other things you've been doing.

Finally, when you do meet up with your BFs, is the discussion about them principally, or about you just as much?
