I don't drive a car so I may be shooting dead wrong here, but when I had a few friends coming over we've been through several petrol stations and the one cheaper was just 1/2 minute far from our house - Esso Station in Ballybough (Richmond Road / Fairview)

Tesco Dundrum have an offer of 5c off every litre of petrol, if you spend €30 in the supermarket. I think that makes it ~95c/L.
