I was driving home from work yesterday.

Dublin City Council did a deal with an advertising agency. The deal was that the advertising company could erect the ugly advertising displays all over the city, in prime locations. In return, the advertising agency was meant to supply free bikes for the city. Where are the bikes? Is this another one of those disaterous deals that will benefit the private comapny involved.

The advertising structures are all over the city ruinning foot paths and roads.

I think at this point we Dubliners should take action and paint 'Where are our Bikes?' over they eyesores. Oh, sometimes I wish we were activists like those sexy Parisians.
