.divx authoring programs?

    How can I burn Divx files onto a dvd and create 'proper' dvds? , I mean that will play on a divx certified dvd player.

    I know i can just burn divx files onto a disc as a data disc but I want to create menus, subtitles, pictures..

    I have tried pinnacle studio 12 but the damn thing wont accept divx files.
