Not sure about pill

Hey i was wondering if any of you ladies have been in this suitation..........I'm on dianette for my skin and it is working now eventually! but im also starting to now have side effects from it-severe lower abdominal pains-v sore-and im thinking of changing pills do you know any other ones that helps bad acne? esp on my back as doctors only telling me dianette and they want me to keep on it for another month to see if pain starts up again to monitor it. also im currently on my 7 day break since wednesday and had an upset stomach saturday am due to start back on pill tomorrow i presume the 7 day rule applies before i am protected again. thank you for takin time to read yet another pill problem!
