    I got it in the "3 for 2 on Blu-ray's" promotion at Amazon.co.uk late last year.

    Got it, Cloverfield and the Collector's Edition of The Nightmare Before Christmas for £36 delivered.

    Amazon are, in my experience, the best retailer for delivery..

    I'd expect delivery in 3 - 5 working days normally after notification of shipment.
