If you mean the SID. Just bring plenty of water, all the forms and documents it asks for - completed (because believe me you'll not have time to do it there) and a pen.

me too! on a countdown, 15 working days left for me, woohoo! Trying to contain my excitement as I haven't handed in my notice to work yet but I think they are all wondering why I've a permanent grin on my face!! just over 6 weeks to wait.....

anyway has anyone sent back wether they will be attending the srn yet? i sent mine back within 2 mins after receiving the back. anyways we are gonna be peelers.

are you guys in the April intake bringng certificates to show education qualifications... i remember ppl mentioning it before but didnt really see it in the forms we got through post.. although i havent really looked at them properly so may have missed that bit

We didn't actually get asked for any at the SID.

I think I can remember someone on here saying about having spent about £75 to get certificates reissued! :eek:

yeah i remember someone saying that too but then i didnt really notice anything on the forms we got etc bout it... might just bring them just in case.. if i can find them!! had to phone up and get a new medical card this morning too...

Can anyone tell me ,, at Garnerville , do we stay there at the weekends in our first four weeks and then get to go home at weekends or do we go home at wekends from the start and after the four weeks some get to stay and others hae to travel up and down every day ????

Your first 4 weeks will be residential Monday to Friday (ie. You go home at weekends). After that, you will can go home in the evenings as long as you live within 35 miles of Garnerville.

yeah i sent mine off. got to look at the pack for real and start filling in the forms. bit worried at the form we have to fill in in case of terrorist threat. lol:D

heyy sorry im only geting on to this now, had a mad past 2 weeks, got the call in the toon:D:D owed up for the crap match lol!!!congrats to everyone who got the call:D thank god it came nearly two years:eek:!!!! so whos all in?? im trying to defer at atm because ive still to go through an operation on my eye and im still in university but as it stands im still going through in april!

my shoppin list has had its first check mark on it. ali08 arrived home today with a nice manly black iron. woo hoo. now im gonna need lessons as it doesnt have an automatic iron button.. although u can iron upside down with it!!

Ive got a digital alarm clock with built in radio. It is cutting edge. I can check the time and listen to Hugo Duncan. Its also black i.e. covert.:)

hopefully we arent in the same rooms cause we might get the radio and iron mixed up with them bein the same colour. oh the madness that could result!!!!

Try being stuck in a lift with the guy. He sings to himself (loudly!) and tells jokes that were old when my Gran was a todler.
