Has anyone heard of / used them ?

They have black reach on sale for £26 + £4p&P = about 1/2 what you'd pay in a GW store? (after currency conversion saving) I was thinking about it as it would be cheaper than getting an actual rulebook (If I dont know the fluff at this point I should just shoot myself with a bolter!) although then there's miniatures I can sell/give away too.

Anyway thought it might be worth a look see.

Pretty good for that price! The mini rule book is quiet handy, all the tables in the back, all rules no fluff :) It's the best kind of rule book to bring to a game.

They've a brick and mortar shop as well.
If you want some reassurance ordering from them why not call 'em on the phone?
If all you want in the set if the rulebook you can probably get that separately from one of the online shops

Their very good value, used them before with no hassle.

I find that Wargames Empire tends to be slightly cheaper, but haven't ordered from them yet, linky:

I also found waylandgames but they are not a B&M shop at all... they have cheaper postage than gifts for geeks but they seem safer if they have
    a B&M shop.
