NTL Failure - D4?

Anyone got anything on this? We've had issues recently and just had to unplug and put our card back in, but apparently according to NTL hundreds of places in the area are having problems..this was about 3 this arvo. Do yourself a big favour.
Ring Sky on monday and tell NTL to stick thier crappy service up thier collective arses.Its a disgrace and the "customer care" is the worst n the world.

Can't, it's part of the package in the apartments we live in, and having an on site manager means it gets better attention than we could manage with NTL (even the manager rolls his eyes at the 'customer service'!) Turns out it was working late morning, just as well so we could watch the Rugby!!!:):)
