Should be one here and here's the link to the main page, it might have more links later. Links are usually good quality and usually in English!

No Carew in in the Squad how very interesting

Guzan; Young, Davies, Knight, Shorey; Sidwell, Salifou, Gardner, Albrighton, Bannan; Delfouneso

Taylor, Harewood, Osbourne, Lichaj, Clark, Lowry

that defense will have to be at theivery very best if they are to stand a chance out their as midfield and upfront doesent inspire huge amounts of confidence although it does include players that i really wanna see play and hopefully surprise me with their quality.

Will be great to see Bannon, Delfouneso & Albrighton tested against such good opposition for example.

Gotta assume Carew isnt 100% injury/fitness wise too cos otherwise why
travel, altho id still be happy that they atleast had such an experienced player to talk to on this trip.

id assume carew took a knock in training over there, since we only named 6 subs

Big ask for The Fonz to lead the line.

Aye but without doubt the biggest fixture some of them have played in so I'd hope to see some real hunger from the unknowns.

Should be no fear for them.

fairly positive so far, i could imagine this crowd getting anxious and maybe turning a bit on the home side despite the away goal if they dont score for ages.

I really like the Fonz the more i see of em

no support for fonz up top at the minute, but i think as the game goes on bannan and albrighton will start advancing a bit

containing CSKA away is very good from these young players althoughh we have had very little in terms of attacking play, it really is a pity that Carew got that knock as the Fonz could use his support though.

am i right CSKA are initials and not something that should be said as a word like the commentator im listening to keeps doing?

Its alright so far, Albrighton looking good.

iirc the russian fans were chanting it as if it was a word last week in villa park

    but yeh, its initials

thats that over and done with anyway

impressive showings from albrighton and bannan

    happy enough with that

Well....that 2nd half was absolutely painful viewing. Beaten by a much better side, it didn't help we only had 9 men on the field. Sorry, but you can not call the efforts from Harewood and Sidwell as anything other than pathetic.

It was men against boys at times, CSKA's front three were running the show. Pity because the younglings gave a great account of themselves in the first half.

That's a draw and 3 defeats in the last 4 games, all eyes on MON now because our whole season is at stake starting with Stoke.

    Bah.

Does this mean that finishing outside the top four will mean its a dissapointing season for Villa?

Not so much disappointing as it would be a disaster.

Yep would like to see the offside again that ruled out gardners goal and also don't think it was a free kick that lead to their goal.

Two wide men were impressive, particularly Bannan in the first half, some great touchs/holding up ball from the Fonz, and Guzan did well in goals, couldn't of done anything about the ones conceded.

Lets focus on getting that Champions League spot.

No they won't Helix. The players left behind needed the rest, we can lose against Stoke and still be favourites for 4th. We've done well since Xmas considering injuries we've had. After Stoke a little time off allows for a few players to come back and everyone get a rest and head into the penultimate part of the season.
