    It's time for the pattented Matt Twist Drinking game again

    1 drink every time the Man Himself (c) appears
    2 drinks every time the man himself points at something, while carrying an MP5 and shouts... anything!
    2 drinks for each piece to camera showing the 'emotional side' of F troop filmed at an armoury or containment point
    3 drinks for every car window put in

    Poor Matt didn't get much of a look in tonight. :(

    Was thinking of bringing Mrs CLADA over to London for a weekend but we have reconsidered and are going somewhere safer.

    It's a toss up between Baghdad and Gaza at the moment. :D

    Trojan deal with a lot of full-on sh*t and I don't think they get anywhere near enough recognition for the job they do. However, life in London isn't as grim as it looks on this show. Like everything else its four months worth of incidents crammed into a couple of hours.

    Now if you'll excuse me I need to put on my ballistic vest before I nip out for a pint of milk :D
