Guitar and Bass refin/paint job

Ok, does anyone know where a fella could get a guitar stripped and refinished? Got a Fender Mark Hoppus Sigbass in pink on ebay for half nothing, but the yahoo I got it from made a ****e job of trying to relic it! half the paint is missing. The bass is the best sounding p-bass Ive heard in a long time, just looks wrecked.…

Someone told me that Celtic Choppers, the motorbike place, would do it for a good price.
