    I think so too. I wouldnt have thought that the shape would lend itself to an acoustic sound however. Surely acoustic guitars are all the original shape for a reason?

    Yeah, but it could go both ways, if its bigger than a standard acoustic, because of the wings, it might be louder, or have more bass response, but at that price, I don't think they were worried about engineering them so much.

    I'd actually like to know how it's braced too....

    I'd imagine it sounds every bit as bad as you'd think it does.

    id say you be better off with a ruler a shoe box and a bit of string, trying to make something outta that it be way better then the dean. :p

    An abomination! Probably has the tone of an Argos toy, or a cheap travel guitar at best, but with none of the convenient portability.
