I was born in 89, it has nothing to do with Arsenal being "better" than Liverpool.

Actually have respect for you Arsenal fans on here as if I posted this on any other team thread it would have been "Oh your a noob" "Your just jealous cause we beat you in 190splash" Fair play to ye.

    Heh.....knew it!!:D

    Fair play back!!

Dude, he hasn't been rude or abrasive to us, so no need to do it to him.

It was a firmly tongue in cheek attack......

Rosicky is very underrated. He's been better than Nasri has been for us, although Nasri obviously has plenty of time on his side. If Tomas can get fit consistently, he'd be a huge asset.

Man, I'd love for us to get Flamini back.

Just saw on the official site there. Fastest goal in Jan was Ade against Hull at half an hour!! Pretty mad..
Show's how much me rely on getting late goals and on better second half perfomances.

Underrated by who though? He's a class act...he just can't stay fit long enough! Dunno if I'd say he's been better for us than Nasri though:

    Nasri: 22 games, 6 goals, 4 assists
    Rosicky: 61 games, 13 goals, 6 assists

Stats taken from wikipedia, so they may not be 100% accurate.

I know stats aren't everything though!

So would I, but if we were going to pay for him then I'm sure Wenger could find better!

Is Flamini even getting a game at Milan. I don't follow Italian football at all so I wouldn't know.

    No really.
Gattuso is injured and he's still not even getting a game. I reckon they should give him back to us...

21 (14+7) appearances so far out of 29...which isn't bad and looking at the rest of the team, he mightn't have as many starts, but pretty much the same amount of appearances as everybody else in the team!

I think he was silly to leave to be honest. he would be playing regular first team football this season if he had stayed. Now he has to make do with getting in when one or two players are out injured. Sure wasn't he having a moan a couple of seasons ago about nearly the same thing.

Why do you fancy a crack at the Championship next season, just so we can have our NLD's with the spuds?

Speaking of which, any predictions for Sunday's NLD?
Could be the last one for quite some time...

Keano to score a scrappy goal and Arshavin to put in a MOTM performance. 2-1 Gunners.

Can't see Spurs winning. Arsenal win or draw :S

We have to be really up for this game 'cause you can bet Harry will have Spurs up for it. Come on the Gunners. Nasri to have another brilliant game and Arsenal to nick it, 1-0. Let's hope so.

Just putting this out there... What would you guys rather see happening? Sp*rs getting relegated or being able to beat them every year in the NLD?

Me personally, I'd definately get a giggle out of seeing them go down but only for a season or 2, after that I'd start to miss the derby games.

6 free points every year? I'd take that over them being relegated definately.

Have you forgotten the 4-4 draw that we only got a point for, or are ya expecting five points tomorrow?

I said what I'd prefer, not what I'm going to get.

Anyone see Dermot Mernaghan on Soccer AM this morning? He said if Arsenal didn't qualify for the CL this season it wouldn't feel so bad once Sp*rs went down. :)

Now, more than ever, tomorrow is a must win. Typical Fat Sam not doing us any favours.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,471 ✭✭✭DenMan

Big Sam and his diet of pies and beer.

A win is absolutely essential tomorrow or we fall further behind.

Go and look at the table again. A draw tomorrow still leaves Arsenal 5 points off 4th, and win and it's 3 points. It's Chelsea who look the most likely to be caught at the minute.

Villa - Chelsea up next in the league too. A win tomorrow and Arsenal could find themselves level on points with Chelsea after the Sunderland game. Then again they could end up being 9 points behind.
