Yeah course... the best things come in small packages! (least that's what girls always tell me! (can't twist that one now squirrel!))

And besides... Squirrel's only 5' tall

you guys will know this, when recruitment ring with offer, what does it come up as on phone? unknown or withheld or what? got an unknown earlier, just got me thinking if i get a call sometime what it will appear as!??

They rang my mobile.

It came up as "Blocked" on my phone, although it shows that for all withheld/unknown numbers.

Could be the call my friend.

I can't wait to get out of here. I actually used to like this job, but ever since I got the call I have had no interest in it whatsoever. Very unprofessional I know, but I don't care anymore. I'm leaving!!!! :P

They might be going home early on Friday, believe me I do similar work and Friday is always a skiving day.

I'm inclined to agree with PCI. Ring 'em now.

Just say that you've received a missed call and you'd like to know if they were trying to get in touch with you.

What's the worst that can happen. Either way you'll have your mind put at ease and if they're annoyed, it's not like they allowed to remove you from the list. It's a win-win.

It's about the time when they'd be offering out places vacated by deferals.

Im leaving 2 weeks today! I'll sneak off to South America for a week between SID and 8th March. I'm telling myself i can study on the plane and while waiting around in airports! I'm another one who loves my job and will miss clients/colleagues but its time to move on! The last 2 weeks has just flown by- its seems like only yesterday i got the call so i know these next 2 weeks will disappear just as fast! Anyone else getting butterflies?

I'm the same as you Carlty. 3 weeks to the day. And I usually like my job as well but I actually spent 3 hours at lunch on Monday and made up my timesheet just now

As for that call I would wring them too. Now is roughly the time they'd be filling up any vacated places.

teg, is your vetting still ongoing? if so are you gonna call to see if its cleared before the next calls go out?

Yeah, if appointments ring, they will leave a message on your answer phone. At least they did in my case, and I think they did with PandaPants also.

Incidentally, im also going to spain for a week around the 28th.
