Cancelling UPC Subscription

    I'm fed up with UPC and am canceling my subscription and moving to SKY. I know you have to give UPC a months notice and thats fine.

    Will they kill the TV channels straight away or do I still have them for the month?

    Any tips on a smooth transition from UPC to Sky?

    Any advice would be welcome.

    What was you problem with UPC?

    I know I emailed them about a week ago about their phone service I was sure I would get a reply, after all it is a sale!

    Let them know your cancelling and moving to sky, and let them deal with the cancellation after that.

    They cut us off within a week of sending the letter. We had sky installed before cancelling UPC (half price sky sub for 3 months for new signups at the time) so didn't actually lose TV. Took them 3 months before they came looking for the box!
