I voted 1 as its the most natural looking one. It needs to look comfortable and confident. Tips from a photography point of view would be that its too tighly cropped.

Out of the lot, number one. Number two and three, too much "hand in face".
But, it's a bit too close and also fingertips together reminds me of Mr Burns.
