I doubt it. Sounds like it might be worth your while looking up www.3v.ie

It's sort of like a credit card that works on the concept of a pay as you go phone. You top up the card with cash and then you can spend it online. I use it a bit now and then.

Thomann used to do it, not sure now. But they will accept bank transfers. If you can't do that, the best option is to get a family member with a credit card to buy something for you and you pay them back.

Fish-head, 3v only goes up to about €250~.
