    Might be great on a guitar though.

    you cant go wrong wit any of blackstar's products.i heard the pedals and amps in london last year at the guitar show.
    Blackstar is acompany formed by previous engineers who work with marshall amplification.that says it all really!

    I am literally a hair away from getting the HT-5 amp. Did you try this out at the show??
    Id love to hear what you thought of it

    The only reason i dont have it yet is that there have been complaints that when the gain is turned up, a 'farting' noise is emitted when open chord palm muting is played.
    This however is due to a voltage peak problem in the uk according to blackstar but id prefer to wait and see

    i have the blackstar ht5 head and i am very happy with it,and i believe that is based on the same technology.
