Postgrad in primary teaching

    just wondering if you quit a full time job in January to start an 18 month post grad in january in primary school teaching are you entitled to claim anything like tax back on fees etc . Am sure some of you boards members have done a postgrad . Thanks for any advice

    I don't think you can. If you're paying the fees in 2009, you'd also have to be paying tax in 2009, to claim relief in 2010.

    a friend of mine mentioned contacting the local council to see if your entitled to anything. just wondering do you know anything about this

    If you're entitled to a grant, you may get free fees.
