I put on 10 lbs but then I had a horrible flu so have lost nearly all of it.

I was weighed at hospital a few days ago. I've lost 3kg since since xmas. Sitting at 67.5kg now. Prob a feather weight to some of the hardcore BGRH regulars

Can see myself knocking back up to 70kg or so. The weight loss was health related.
