I actually appear to have lost a few lb's, though I'm not really sure how that's possible given all I ate...

I'm sure I put on 10 pounds, at least. I've lost it now though, so no real harm done.

Actually, I only weigh myself once a year - nosey feckers in the ski hire shop always want to know for some reason...

So that you have a measure to compare the quality of your christmas expiernence.
    Obviously.
I put on 10 lbs but then I had a horrible flu so have lost nearly all of it.

Only amateurs think in lbs or kilos, learn to think in percentages.
Anyone can put on 10lbs but 10% takes dedication.

Id say half a stone easy and enjoyed every minute of putting it on...

Almost 6% then.....If I could fatten cattle that quickly I'd be a rich woman.

I was weighed at hospital a few days ago. I've lost 3kg since since xmas. Sitting at 67.5kg now. Prob a feather weight to some of the hardcore BGRH regulars :)

Can see myself knocking back up to 70kg or so. The weight loss was health related.

Lost about 5kg, despite eating like a pig compared to normal, and getting no exercise.

    Take that science... :D
