Looking back it was probably wasn't a good idea;
they came thick and fast, most of them, pointless utterences..attempting some kind of poignance or grandeur
but achieving only latent mediocrity.
"Why did I start this?" he asked while peering over them, not a Heminway in sight....
"Perhaps I'm alone?"
