Hey There! I'm looking for info on how to apply for a school bus pass for primary children. Any help appriciated!

Hi,

If you live over 3 miles from your nearest post primary you can apply for free school transport (unless there is a bus route available). If you are less than 3 miles you can apply for a concessionary pass which means that your child can use the free bus but you pay a reduced fee. Last term it was 56euro for the full term. Contact Bus Eireann head office at Bus Aras- there is a school transport division there and they handle all of the admin of this system.
