Thought it might be nice to start a thread for DIT students been & gone.
What're you upto now, When did you graduate, did you go on to do anymore 3rd level studies etc

I graduated from Cathal Brugha Street DIT in November just gone, though should've been last year. Had a few thesis problems (mainly severe laziness & chronic procrastination)

Working in a completely unrelated job at the moment, though I do want to go into a Science based job in the near future.

Any other boards users out there that wanna share there post-DIT experiences?

Not at all. I did DT480/F (Food Tech), based mostly in the Marlborough St side

Alright!!! Im first year DT480 :D
I was thinking of going Pharm.
    How did you find Food?

I found it pretty good, I've always had an interest in food and it's bio/chemical make-up, processing, nutrional values etc so it was perfect for me. It covers everything you could think of about food and the food industry, even parasitology & entomology, which I loved :)

I'd a good few friends in the Pharmaceutical class, and often we had shared lectures & labs (like Biotech) so it was similar in some ways. There's a lot more branching off and specialising in your chosen area in 4th year.
So you've a bit to go yet:pI'm sure you'll enjoy it
