SKY Remote plus new TV

First, does anyone know how to get the volume working on the SKY remote? We have to use the TV remote for volume at the moment. We bought a 40 inch Samusung Series 6 and it is excellent but the teletext has stopped working. Anyone know how to get it back? Thanks

sky has a remote codes index on the interactive service. Not sure about teletext as i never use it.
