www.BangCD.com---worth the risk?

I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with this particular site. The prices and Singapore address would seem to suggest a purveyor of nasty copies. This is isn't helped by the fact that they somehow got my email address from somewhere....

Hows ever e12.8 for a season of the wire is looking a too tempting to ignore out of hand... And the reviews seem to suggest a legitimate, if slow operation.

What do ye think lads. Should I risk it

I have used them loads of time for music cds, never had a problem with them, all the cds i got seemed legit to me.

BangCD are very reputable.. I've used them numerous times.

That's a great offer for seasons of The Wire and it is legit. The reason they're cheaper is they're the dual-coded DVD's (Region 2 + 4) - similar situation with Scrubs boxsets from CDWOW. Last time I checked, the Region 2 copies will be up on €35 - €40, whereas the Region 2 + 4 will be half that.

Heh! I'd forgotten all about this crowd - they've been on the go for ages.... think I ordered something from them back in 2005.

They buy their marketing databases from Play or Amazon as far as I know.

Thank you gents! I can safely predict that my new years resolution will be to try and break my dvd boxset addiction. Cheaper than cocaine and more socially acceptable.
