    Thanks Eirlink! Very interesting. Helps explain the number of incorrect spellings of place-names here in Ireland. It's quite a manual process.

    The Teleatlas guys seem to have a but more luxury in their vehicle, well they can stop to brew a coffee anyway.

    The Navteq guy seemed to be saying that they generated a lot more data from a days travelling around though, 750G a day v 250G a day for Teleatlas which seems like a huge diffence in what they are collecting.
