I missed the open day :(

    as above, i missed the open day and am dead set on architecture or something very close to it, is there any way i could have a wander round bolton street and ask random Q's to lecturers or would i have to ring up and organise something so I could enter

    I rang up the head of the Built Environment when I was deciding on my course 4 years ago and there was no hassle setting up an interview.

    My advice would be to try that but have a set of questions prepared for when you do meet them.

    i wanted to do architecture at the same time last year as well. i hadnt been around bolton st at the time so i asked them at open day could i come in and have look around. it was no problem at all. i went in and up to top floor and chatted to loads of the students. it was their crit day where their work gets assessed in front of everyone else so very interesting to see. i'm in bolton st now doing engineering and its no problem to come in. have a wander in and check out the atmosphere, usually pretty good at lunchtime.
