Sorry, I'm new to this forum and I have no idea if I'm posting to the right place. If you book tickets online for Christmas on Ice (on their website), and you have the booking reference number, do you need the credit card and credit card holder to be there to get the tickets? The tickets aren't booked in the credit card…

If you book tickets online for Christmas on Ice (on their website), and you have the booking reference number, do you need the credit card and credit card holder to be there to get the tickets? The tickets aren't booked in the credit card holders name.

you usually just print off your receipt and bring that along
