Looking for party venue in Dublin

I'm looking to host a lunch in Dublin City Centre for about 40 people, but want to bring in outside caterers to do the food so we need access to a kitchen. Does anybody know of a venue that can accommodate me in this situation? We will still be using their bar and drinking plenty of their booze we just really need to be able to bring in our outside catering crew or the event can't happen.
