Possible to update FM2007 to current database?

I'm trying to play FM2007 on a netbook, running perfect but I'd like to update the database to include all the current squads? Is there a mod for this?

this. or at the very least does anybody have a link to a most recent updated database?

try fmformation net

They usually have decent updates for FM games.

Not sure if they have older FM games with updated data
