    Anyone recomend a place for three 18 year olds for good grub in the city center ie near jervis st etc, not the usual burgers/chips food. Something like bar food etc.

    fuscardi's on capel street is lovely sit down chipper food, if you dont like that try the epicurian food hall on middle abbey street

    Its ok with a few beers, but the OP is looking for pub grub and close to the Jervis S.C. and that in my experience is always going to be hit and miss.

    The Church is quite nice for lunch but I will say their service is irritatingly slow. Esp when you have to go back and work and they really really do take their time!!!

    I second this and its literally on top of the luas stop too. Safe, clean and tonnes of decent food options.

    Find a college in the area.... Find the canteen, endure the noise and enjoy the good-army-standard-grub that's pleasantly subsidised. :)

    Was never hugely impressed with the food in Lotts for the cost tbh.
