Marriage Certificate

    Can anyone please help us ?
    We got married last December 07 and have misplaced our marriage registration form which was giving to us by the priest !!!!
    Apparently this has to be sent into the Civil Registration Office within a month of the wedding !!

    Can anyone tell me what my options are and what must be done now?

    You only have one month to get that form back to the office as i just registered mind on monday and he stressed one month to get it back to them after wedding day

    Our priest said if it wasn't returned within a month "you'll be back here doing it all over".
