i have been using skype and i note that voipcheap has cheaper calls to mobiles and free calls to landlines, is the quality the same as skype?

intervoip seems to be better, 7cent calls to mobiles 1/2cent to landlines ,and i can use my mobile to make the calls, no need to bother with a headset,:)
