New Kilmainham?

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I'm trying to track down some of my family in the 1911 census, but I have no idea where "New Kilmainham" is?? It says it was in the parish district of Chapelizod. Appreciate any help :)

It was a District Electoral Division. Is this any help:

It seems like it was comprised of Inchicore/Lower Ballyfermot/Chapelizod/Islandbridge/Crumlin all of which were sparsely populated in 1911 as can be seen in this map:
