Finding a wedding band & Hit Connection band

Hi all....

I am planning my wedding for next year and I am stuck on the wedding band, As the cost of wedding bands I feel is very high and also you hear storeys of weddings were bands turned out not to be very good and people did not really get up to dance I really want to get it right!

I heard a band called Hit Connection (apperently played at a member of westlifes wedding) and I was wondering has anyone been to a wedding with this band and what did they think?

Also any recomendations would be great!

Hi there,

Ive seen Hit Connection twice, once was at a corporate even and the second time was at my friends wedding last year. Theyre extremely entertaining, the male vocalist is very good, quite handsome aswell

and he gets out onto the dancefloor and dances with the ladies. Theyre guaranteed to get people up on the dancefloor and play all your typical wedding stuff, id definately recommend them.

We had them as our wedding band about a month ago. The were excellent, pricey but very good. I'd say every guest at the wedding commented on how good they were. Like the previous poster said the lead singer goes onto the dance floor and mingles with the crowd as he singes.
They even brought the wife and I up onto the stage for a Jackson 5 number and everyone who was in the room was on the dance floor.

If you can afford them and they are available for your date i would say book them.
