Help with NAS hard dive and xbox 360

I have it set up with vista but my xbox 360 can't see any of the files I've moved to it.
I usually stream stuff from my laptop to xbox and bought this hoping I could just stick it in to my router and the xbox could see the files.

Any help would be appreciated!!!:(

is the drive formatted in NTFS? if so the 360 will not read it as it has to be formatted in FAT32

No its formatted to fat32.I just dont know how to share it over Lan without having it connected by usb!!
