Dress Cleaning, Repair and Preservation

Anyone got any ideas on where I can get the dress cleaned, repair a small tear in the skirt (invisible mending has been suggested but I cannot find anywhere that can provide the service) and preserved? Thanks!

my wife is finally getting it done (married 7th june) in a cleaners in baggot st and bought a special box online for it. Apparently it's massive! Still dunno why she wants to keep it but if the credit crunch hits harder I may ebay it and stick some tissue paper in the box. She'll never look
