Application-Controled Monitor Setup?

Is there a command or program I can use that will automatically load a specific profile when I launch certain kinds of applications? I'd like it if when Flight Simulator X, my Computer's 2nd monitor was disabled, and when the application closes for it to be re-enabled.

ATI hydravision. Allows profiles to be set up for applications using two monitors.

Havent dicked around with HydraVision yet but Catalyst Profiles seem to do the trick - Just keeping an FSX and a Desktop Profile.

This card makes everything Look Beautiful ;_; I only wish I had a copy of Crysis to throw at it.
