Alternative to Barbour Index

Hi, Since the Barbour Index has discontinued it's service, has anyone found any alternaives to get standards? I've considerd TextToView by SAI Global (ILI Publishing) as linked from standards.ie but they seem to do a pay per view service rather than Barbours subscription / download system... D
