Wii Remotes not Charging

Hi All, I'm having a problem with my Wii. The remotes are not charging in the charging station. The blue lights are on on the station - and the little red light is flashing. Anyone know if this is a common problem - or any suggestions ? I've tried new batteries. Cheers

Hi All,

is it the battery set using the AAA batteries? if so you need to bend one of the connectors down to get them to charge sometimes...

the batteries are AA batteries afaik.

which connectors is it that you mean? in the dock is it ?

no i have the AAA rechargeing stand and there is a contact which touches the battery that sometimes needs to be bent back into place...
