Just having a discussion here about the position of the foot pedals in a Left-hand drive car. Are they laid out in the same order as in a right hand drive? I've never really thought about this before, but I assume that they are the same as a right-hand drive.

Can anyone settle this for me?

    Eh no.

Apart from using it with your right arm, it's the same.

The dead pedal tends to be bigger and a lot more comfy on LHD cars, please introduce us to the "friend" that argued against you and thought the were laid out in reverse! :D

Exactly - feet remain the same - but the arm is opposite.

I've often been known to be reaching for the door when trying to change gear after swapping.

That speed sign on the n2 that says 'Lift Your Right Foot' also remains
    applicable to you.
