Aye; it's a great utility.
Alternatively, there's Image Resizer from Microsoft PowerToys that a lot more people find easier to get accustomed to and use [Windows XP]: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
