BF 2142 CTD'S

So I reinstall and patch up BF 2142, everytime I try and enter a server I CTD and just get a window messege telling me bf 2142 stopped working. This happens even when I try a load a map on single player too. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Sounds like a driver problem. Do a fresh GPU driver install, see if it helps. I'm going to assume your system meets the minimum requirements.

Only problems i had with CTDs in 2142 was the xifi drivers, in the end i disabled EAX in the sound settings.
