Did I hear on the radio this morning that Ennis is being by-passed for some broadband upgrade? Anyone have any idea what they are on about or was I dreaming?

as far as i can see kilrush is the only town in clare included in National Dev. Plan broadband scheme, there is no mention of ennis in the website below
