Cost of Church Singer?

Does anyone know the average cost of a church singer? Might be a long shot, but how many songs can I expect to hear on average? Suggestions welcome.

I checked quite a few of them when organising my wedding and most of them were about €350-€400. I suppose it depends on what the format of your ceremony is but you should get songs/hymns where and when you want them for that kind of money. You call the shots!!! Also, they should throw in a consultation for free with that.

I am a church singer. I only charge €150! I have been doing it for years. I can provide accompanists too as I am studying for my BUS in the Cork school of music but their fees are seperate. Where is the wedding?

In the wedding I was at recently, ther church singer performed 8 songs, accompanied by a pianist. If you want a list of singers, the pink pages on www.confetti.ie lets you search by county or just get a list of all the singers they have.
